Presented by Katie Condon and Mandi Lagergren from the University of West Florida, with Kirk Daulerio, Co-Founder and Chief Evangelist at Mainstay on Thursday, January 30th, 2020.
Data has shown that the academic profile of students as they enter college, among other important factors, heavily influences retention and graduation rates.
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of West Florida saw this as an opportunity to innovate their recruitment and enrollment efforts, introducing an AI chatbot named “Argie” in 2017 to communicate with prospective students.
In this webinar, you’ll hear from UWF how they identified goals for this new form of communication, what strategies they used to work towards these goals, and the results they’ve seen since implementing Argie, including a 6.7% increase in first-year retention rates.
